  5. To use this Animated Cursor Collection follow the following 
  6. instructions:

  8. 1.)  Click your "Start " button
  9. 2.)  Choose "Settings"
  10. 3.)  Choose "Control Panel".
  11. 4.)  Once running double-click on the "Mouse"  icon
  12. 5.)  Select the "Pointers" tab.
  13. 6.)  Choose a cursor event
  14. 7.)  Click the "Browse" button.
  15. 8.)  Select the desired cursor
  16. 9.)  Click "OK" button.
